Suburban parents reclaimed a midtown west one-bedroom that their daughter had used during college.
Making it their own meant a combination of reorganizing the spaces and redecorating, with a mix of new pieces and Chinoiserie antiques, plus custom cabinetry to provide storage.
Both the bathroom and kitchen were upgraded and traffic patterns reorganized to provide better sight lines.
Now they have a serene space for relaxed weekends in the city or a quick overnight to catch a show.
